JIM MELLOTT
Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University.
Jim began his career in the banking industry. He held several senior leadership positions in the areas of marketing, strategic planning and acquisitions. Prior to joining Northwest Interiors on a full time basis, Jim was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Supreme Corporation, a national manufacturer of truck bodies.
JAN MELLOTT
Bachelor of Science in Spanish Education from Purdue University
Jan was a high school Spanish teacher and worked at home before making Northwest Interiors her full time career. Jan was responsible for the entire Northwest Interiors organization during its first eleven years of operation. She transformed the company into an industry leader and positioned it for future growth.
REID MELLOTT
Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University.
After helping grow an Indianapolis based technology company, Reid joined Craneware where the company enjoyed a successful IPO. Before coming home to join Northwest Interiors, Reid held the title of Chief Sales Officer for Recondo Technology helping the startup to be named #179 on the Inc. 500 fastest growing company list.
CILISSA MELLOTT
Doctor of Pharmacy from Purdue University
Cilissa's career started at Walgreens managing pharmacy staff and running day to day operations. Cilissa transitioned to Eli Lilly where she worked on multiple facets of the clinical trial process including FDA adverse event reporting, global clinical trial labeling, and third party vendor relationships. She joined Northwest Interiors in 2015.
